We have Regular Suites or Luxury Suites.  Regular Suites are either 4x6 or 4x8 in size and have a decorative gate that allows the dogs to look out into the common area.  Luxury Suites are 8x8 in size and have regular doors.  The Luxury Suites are private rooms complete with a flat screen TV and are great for small and nervous dogs as they are in a quieter area of the facility.  We also have newly added Executive Suites complete with a twin bed and flat screen tv.  The Executive Suites are about double the size of our Luxury Suites.  All Suites are climate controlled to ensure dogs are always comfortable.  Music plays throughout which helps in keeping a calmer environment.  The smaller dogs love the in floor heat which is throughout the entire facility.  There are windows throughout and in most rooms and suites.

We have a state of the art air exchange system that is constantly removing old air and replacing it with fresh air throughout the day. 
All dogs are provided a fresh blanket or two and a raised bed in whichever Suite you choose. 
All dogs receive the same excellent care as if they were our own no matter which option you choose.
Dogs start their day at 6 AM for morning stretching and bathroom breaks followed by AM feedings.  Throughout the day all dogs are let out at least 6 times for 45 minutes to one hour in one of our several play yards.  Social Dogs will go into small play groups according to age, size, and temperament.  Non-Social Dogs will spend their time playing and hanging out with one of their caretakers. 
All Dogs have their final let out and settle into bed around 10 PM or a little after and believe us they are ready.
 
REMINDERS: 
DO NOT bring beds or dishes.
We provide all bedding, blankets, and dishes.
DO NOT bring huge bags of dog food unless it is for an extended stay.
Only bring enough food for the stay with possibly a little extra just in case. 
Please portion all food in zip lock bags or containers that you do not need back. 
If you weigh your food it will need to be pre-portioned as we will NOT weigh it out.
If you bring treats they need to be in a small bag so we can hang on the door of their suite.
DO NOT put medications in the food.
ALL medications will be carefully gone over with a care taker and placed in our pill organizers. 
Only bring the amount of medications needed for the stay.
Even when the Lobby is closed we are here working and hanging out with the dogs.
Please leave a brief message if we miss your call during lobby hours and we will call you right back. If you are calling outside of lobby hours we will return your call when the lobby opens next.
Any messages left at night will not be received/returned until the following day.

Make sure to review our hours & times to avoid any additional fees. 

CANCELLATION POILCY

You can cancel with no fee until 2 days before arrival. You'll be charged the cost of the first night if you cancel within 2 days of arrival. If you don't show up, the no-show fee will be the same as the cancellation fee. Holiday and Peak Rates will apply if applicable. Daycare Reservations not cancelled at least 1 day prior to the day of the reservation will be charged 1 full day of Daycare.

NIGHTLY RATES INCLUDE DAYCARE AT NO CHARGE UNTIL 12PM ON THE DAY OF CHECK - OUT.
