​PROOF OF VACCINATIONS (RABIES, DISTEMPER, AND BORDETELLA) ARE REQUIRED AND MUST BE SENT BY FAX OR E-MAIL PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.  BORDETELLA NEEDS TO BE ADMINISTERED AT LEAST 14 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
